This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for transactions made through CapsulePay.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:- Duplicate payment
- Failed or incomplete transaction
- Amount debited but not received by the merchant.
Non-Refundable Transactions
- Successful payments to pharmacies, hospitals, or healthcare partners.
- Wallet top-ups (unless payment failed)
- User errors such as incorrect number, incorrect merchant, or wrong amount.
Processing Time
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days.
- Time may vary depending on banking partners and UPI settlement timelines.
Disputes

No Return of Services
CapsulePay processes digital transactions. We do not handle physical product returns. Any medical product/service return must be handled directly with the pharmacy or hospital.
Final Decision
MissionBlueTech reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on investigation results.
